Armand de Sillègue d'Athos d'Autevielle
Charles de Batz-Castelmore (And French Wikipedia has a picture.)
Isaac de Portau (Porthos)(So, his name isn't long. But Athos quite makes up for that.)
Henri d’Aramitz.(Aramis)
I was completely and utterly shocked. I thought that Dumas had taken the historical framework and made up characters (although, since the people had absolutely nothing to do with Dumas's characters, he pretty much did.)
